By accessing FANOS through a club-branded app, you agree to these Terms of Service and the club's own terms and policies.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other fans
• Share false SOS alerts or misuse safety features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Violate applicable laws or club codes of conduct

3. Trust Index

Your behavior on FANOS contributes to a Trust Index score. Clubs may restrict access or privileges based on Trust Index thresholds.

4. Content Moderation

Clubs and FANOS may moderate content, remove harmful messages and suspend users who violate community standards.

5. Liability

FANOS is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, service interruptions, or indirect damages.

6. Termination

Clubs may terminate your access at any time. FANOS reserves the right to suspend users for violations of these Terms.
