FANOS operates as infrastructure for football clubs and leagues. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on behalf of clubs (the "Data Controllers") and what rights fans have regarding their personal information.

When you use FANOS through a club's app, we may collect:

• Profile information (name, email, age verification)
• Location data for safety features (SOS, crowd density)
• Messages and group participation
• Trust Index behavior signals (aggregated, not message content)
• Device information and usage analytics

3. How We Use Data

FANOS processes data to:

• Operate safety features (SOS, radar, safe routing)
• Moderate communities and detect harmful behavior
• Generate Trust Index scores
• Provide analytics to clubs
• Improve platform performance and features

4. Data Ownership & Storage

Clubs own their fan data. FANOS stores data in regional infrastructure (EU, UK, US) based on club preference. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell fan data. We share data only with:

• The club that deployed FANOS
• Infrastructure partners (hosting, security tools)
• Law enforcement when legally required
